1st day

Today is the first day of IT Girl summer academy, and it's been pretty fun. We've been playing a lot of video games, interacting and hanging out with other IT Girls, and discussing the games played. The discussion wasn't that great because we were saying stuff that everyone already knows. Yea, more guys play than girls; yea, the women in video games are degrading... I just don't feel that we got to learn a lot out of the discussion.... I'm really looking forward to starting second life and can't wait. I love to play Sims, and this sounds like a better version of that game, plus there will be people all over the world to talk to. I love being here and I'm already getting a great experience.
